For personal documents, this usually means a chain of stamps from the issuing country’s authorities, the UAE Embassy or Consulate in that country, and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).   2. Authentication by the relevant state or national authority
  3. Attestation by that country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  5. Final attestation by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
