True Copy Attestation in the UAE: What It Is

A certified true copy (CTC) is a photocopy that a Commissioner of Oaths or other authorised person has checked against the original and certified as a true and accurate copy. CTC attestation in Dubai is usually requested when you cannot hand over the original, for example for banks, visa applications, employers, courts and overseas authorities.
